I don't know if I can properly articulate what our stay at the Puntakana Apartelles was like. If I could give it 6 stars, I would. We've never felt so at home at a hotel or an Airbnb. We originally booked an upstairs unit but after a minor issue with the television not working, Rosalie and May May graciously moved us to a bottom unit to make sure we were comfortable. Rosalie's son even stopped by to try and fix the television. So although we didn't stay in this exact unit, I can speak confidently about the property itself. It's tucked back so it's private and safe but it's just off the main road near everything. The neighbors are welcoming, including the families in the compounds next door. My partner even spent time playing basketball with the young boys of the neighborhood. We felt an indescribable connection to the neighborhood and Bohol so we surprised the kids with new basketballs and a new net. We wanted to stay forever. We will absolutely be back ❤️

wonderful experience the place was exactly as described and spotless. Having scooter rental on sight was super convenient. morning meals in the balcony were so peaceful. the balcony view is a neighbor's yard and we enjoyed watching the goats and chickens and the local children playing baseball. would highly recommend!

Rosalie and her colleagues were friendly and responsive hosts. We had difficulty finding the place, but she was patient and helpful from the start. The place is very cozy and we felt right at home. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and we felt like we could rely on our hosts if any issues arose. This place is truly a gem and we recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Alona Beach with privacy and quiet yet good proximity to the hustle and bustle:)

Meilleur logement que nous avons eu lors de notre voyage aux Philippines. Rosalie répondait très rapidement aux messages. Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants. La possibilité de louer un scooter (en excellente condition) sur place qui était déjà prêt à notre arrivée était vraiment pratique. L’emplacement est à proximité de plusieurs restos et dans un quartier tranquille dans lequel on se sentait en sécurité. L’eau potable était fournie. Le wifi fonctionnait très bien. La douche chaude avec une bonne pression étaient également très appréciée. Logement bien décoré, spacieux et hyper propre, encore mieux que sur les photos; on s’y sentait comme chez nous!

I had a great stay at Rose’s place in Bohol. The place is clean, the amenities are great, and the service is highly attentive. I highly recommend staying at Rose’s should you get the chance!
