Chose to stay there a second time after knowing how beautiful and great first time was l, BUT they did not send the code AGAIN through their resort rental portal. This happened first time we stayed too. Customer service was HORRIBLE. Did not get in room until 1130 pm. Waited over 2.5 hours to get the code. No one could help even through the emergency line. The next day someone walked into the room from Resort Rentals!!! No knock, no nothing. I felt very on edge. We will not stay there again and book directly through SUNSET VISTAS. Can get same room without the hassle.

Great location! Place was clean and kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Approximately 1 mile walk to John’s Pass and the beach is fantastic. Do remember to bring your own coffee, salt and pepper, soap and extra toilet paper if staying more than a couple days. The complex has a restaurant and bar and you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas. View from the room was fantastic and I would definitely stay again!

great place to stay! right on the beach with a cool tiki bar downstairs. lots of great restaurants nearby and plenty of things to do. the downside was that there were no condiments, no dish soap, no laundry detergent or the "essentials." I believe this was the first time renting out, so im guessing they just forgot? If you want umbrella or chairs, you have to pay for them on the beach (cash only) other then the lack of essentials and the delay in response from the owners, it was nice. the rooms were smaller than expected and the faucets were backwards. I would stay again, but I wouldn't pay that much. nice view, but a more affordable places had them too
