Whilst the apartment is looking a bit old & tired, it was very clean & was a good size. Plenty of space in all rooms with all amenities provided. Secure undercover parking & secure building, on top floor of 3 level building. The area is very quiet & safe, and provides great walking opportunities beside the river, with a convenience store nearby, along with cafes/restaurants/bottle shops close by. WiFi provided decent speeds. Andres communicated very well & all instructions were very clear. I was surprised to be met by him on arrival & shown around, providing plenty of information about the apartment/surrounds/local businesses. Overall a very pleasant stay for a business trip, providing me with plenty of room to work of an evening and be able to cook my own meals. The bed was very comfortable & I had a good nights sleep each night. The quietness of the area & it being so central was a major factor for me. It could do with a bit of TLC though.

We spent 6 days in this apartment and loved every minute. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything you could ask for, even a washing machine and tumble dryer. The location was perfect to visit Sydney. We walked to Abbotsford ferry most days which takes you into the city, stopping off at other places to visit or you can go the other way up the Paramatta river. It's so easy to use. You just click on and off with your phone or card before getting on the pier and when you return. Would definitely stay here again if coming to Sydney.

Super apartment with great facilities. Decor is a bit tired and it needs some “homely” touches - another bedside lamp would be nice. Other than that we had a great time as it was very convenient and we loved Abbotsford.
