GSB was a fantastic host, the place was exactly as shown in the pictures and amenities were available. Only point I would make is that a few extra towels and tea towels would be useful especially if you are planning to stay longer than 1 week. The apartment is spacious enough for a couple and the balcony has a great view of the sunset. A car is required if you want to travel into downtown and beyond as the location is slightly too far out without one unless you are ok with using taxis each time. Location is close to silicon oasis mall which has shops and restaurants / food court. It’s also close to the outlet mall which is worth a trip. The gym and pool facilities are adequate and useful if you don’t have a gym membership elsewhere. There is a restaurant below the building called foodies junction and it’s super affordable and serves delicious Indian food. Highly recommend, we ended up ordering from there on multiple occasions. Overall, a great stay!

GSB Was a nice person, who waited for us in the check-in even on our delayed flight, he responded immediately to any questions, perfect for family vacation, with a great apartment, definitely will go back there for our next trip to Dubai. thank you for everything GSB

We had a wonderful stay at Gurinder’s place. If you have a rental car, look no further. This location is a perfect suburb, literally 10-20 minutes away from all major areas in Dubai. Gurinder went above and beyond to assist us. I highly recommend his place if you are expecting a peaceful stay with your family and the best sunset view.
