Bilha and Yair were exceptional and fabulous hosts. Our flight got changed and we were arriving earlier than expected and they want out of their way to have their place ready and to accommodate us. They met us at their home and gave us a complete tour to go along with written instructions. There home is beautiful and very accurately described in the photos. Also in a fantastic location and only a 10-15min drive to Central Campus at U of M. Our hosts were also very responsive. Their filtered/cooled water dispenser stopped working shortly after we checked in, but Yair promptly called the repair service and brought us water bottles in the interval. All in all was a great stay at wonderful and convenient place with very nice hosts. Look forward to staying their again in the future if the opportunity allows.

Beautiful home ideally located off north campus great place to stay for football game. Large spacious and large backyard in a nice quiet neighborhood. Hope they liked us because we would like to stay here again someday when we travel in to see another game

Wonderful space for our family. Comfortable and spacious. Gourmet kitchen. Everything was very clean. Lovely neighborhood with short walk to two parks. Easy 15 minute drive to UM central campus. Bilbao and Yair were more than welcoming to our family! They have lovely outdoor space that because of weather we weren’t able to use. We felt right at home in their cherished home. We hope to be back soon!

Bilha and Yair’s place made us feel right at home. It was spacious enough for our group of 10 coming in for a football game. They gave clear, timely instructions and responded quickly to any questions we had. They were lovely and accommodating and we absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for a homey spot in Ann Arbor! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Obviously their full-time home, but they have everything set up perfectly for weekend guests. Instructions were very clear and concise and brief compared to other rentals I have been in. It’s obvious that they trust renters to use their own common sense. The outdoor space is perfect for families to enjoy meals, or just enjoy the beautiful variety of vegetation My nephew, who owns a restaurant, was extremely impressed with the kitchen appliances and cookware. All in all, perfect for a family of six who would rather enjoy family dinners at home rather than in restaurants during busy football weekends.
