We are confident that you will love this space, with its elegant and comfortable design. 🔸Sleeping arrangements: We provide bedding for the number of guests staying. -Upstairs: One long king bed and two single beds -Living room: Couch can transform into a queen bed or two single beds To ensure your comfort, kindly inform us three days in advance so we can prepare the bedding accordingly. 🔸Heating and cooling: We provide LG ducted heating and air conditioning system for the ground level. Additionally, we have portable heaters and air conditioning units for the upstairs area 🔸Parking: We offer street daily parking permits for (AREA 20) at $55 per day per car. Kindly inform us at least one day in advance to secure parking permits through us. Please note that each street daily parking permit ticket covers parking overnight. Ultimo and Pyrmont (Area 20) Area 20 is bordered by Johnstons Bay, Pirrama Road, Murray Street, Pyrmont Street, Harris Street, Broadway, Bay Street, William Henry Street, Wattle Street and Blackwattle Bay. * Street Parking: Metered between 10am and 9pm right outside the house. You can purchase parking tickets from the street parking meter with a maximum of 2 hours at a time, costing approximately $5 per hour. * Wilson Secure Parking Station at Darling Square: A 5-minute walk away.
