Place was great and near everything we went there to do. Rooms were spacious and there was lots of storage throughout the house. It was quiet and had everything we needed to relax too.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ericka’s townhouse. It was just as described; very clean, comfortable, and in a quiet location. It was also close to a variety of restaurants, and beaches. Ericka was very friendly and does her best to make her guests feel welcome. We would highly recommend this townhome to anyone looking to stay in Corpus Christi.

Very comfortable space in a terrific location. Driving to the island or downtown was easily navigated in this location. You are also minutes away from every chain restaurant you could imagine on South Padre drive. The unit was quiet and seemed safe as well. Our stay was over 2 months long and it went by quickly. We had a cleaning person that Ericka recommended, clean every two weeks at our cost. Just mentioned that as it was a nice luxury to have this done and the lady who cleaned did a perfect job. Come stay awhile as we did from Wisconsin.

This home was great. The area was quiet and felt safe. Owners were very responsive and easy to get ahold if needed. Fit our needs for a safe extended stay. Thank you!
