Exactly as described! I would 100% stay here again. Type of place you want to make time to hang out at; this Airbnb was one of the best parts of our visit to Dallas. Walking distance to some great restaurants and easy access to the city. Loved everything about this place. Comfy king size bed, great shower, laundry was easy to use, nice coffee options. Marisol is a lovely host. Highly recommend!

Marisol was one of the best AirBnb hosts I’ve had the pleasure to stay with. I came to Dallas with my wife and brother and the Godwit was the perfect spot for the three of us. Super stylish, comfortable, and a few nice personal touches. We came to Dallas for the solar eclipse and Marisol had built us a welcome basket complete with Sun Chips, Moon Pies, Eclipse Gum, a pack of PINK starbursts, solar eclipse glasses, and a magnet to remember the event - talk about going above and beyond!! Marisol was super communicative and gave us recommendations to eat, which we took advantage of and had such an amazing time bopping around the beautiful Bishop Arts district, which we are able to walk to from the place. We would DEFINITELY stay there again and highly recommend Marisol as a host. Thanks Marisol!!

Such a quiet location. Stayed at other locations in the past for conference I come to every year and this by far felt the safest of them. No road noise even though it's very close to Kay Bailey Hutchinson Center. Beds were comfortable, loved I could just talk to televisions very convenient. Will possibly be back to stay down stairs soon.

Nothing but raves for Marisol and the Gotwit, a supremely clean, stylish, welcoming, well-appointed spot with thoughtful touches and a friendly, responsive host. Stay here! Unless your dates are the same as our dates in which case we recommend another place in the same building ;)
