We had a wonderful couples trip staying at Darya’s place. We loved having our own pool to relax in and the quiet neighborhood. The online pictures are accurate and we felt the house was even better than the pictures portrayed. Great house for couples or a family trip. We will keep Datya’s place in mind for our next Florida trip. Location was located near great restaurants and a quick jump off spot for a day trip to Key West and Fort Meyers. Our husbands enjoyed the many golf courses available.

We were extremely happy with our stay. It was comfortable and peaceful. The only issue we had was getting some TV reception. We were not there to watch TV, but we thought at least local broadcast stations should be available.

Darya’s listing was by far the best place we have stayed. Her description was spot on. She was more than helpful in any way and always communicated extremely fast. I would highly recommend staying at this house or anyone that she has. We absolutely loved it.

The home was immaculate, and extremely suitable for a family of 5-6. Unobstructed views from family room and kitchen to the complete pool area was a great plus for keeping watch on grade school children swimming while cooking or caring for our infant. Furnished adequately for a family, and not so contemporary that you were afraid to allow children to sit on the furniture. A more homey feel. The grassy area in the backyard, outside of the pool cage, allowed for children to play ball or throw a Frisbee, etc. We were completely satisfied.
