Host were very considerate with us. Help us a lot and even waive my fees for late check out due to son is not well. Beutiful apartment with amazing view of penang beach. The apartment was exactly like the photos. All rooms and toilets are clean, not a single dust we're found. A lot of plate and mugs for us to eat together inside the apartment. Aircond and TV function well. Host also provide extra mattress

Not great. Bathroom is dirty and dated. Building is terribly runned down. Checkin itself is a long process and complicate with all kinds of fees and penalties if you dont complete the steps within 10 mins, which makes for a stressful experience. Very loud music from downstairs drinking areas until 3-4am. For the price they are asking, I wouldn't even pay half for it to be honest.
