A perfect place for a big family or group of friends on vacation or small gatherings with the following amenities: Cozy bar table with 6 comfy chairs 2 kitchen & sink Cooking and dining basics Free mineral water 2 Mini Refrigerator AC & fan 60 mbps wifi 2 rooms that can accomodate 4 to 11 pers Toilet & bath w/ hot shower 2 - 32" smart TV with Netflix & Youtube Pets allowed (w/ diapers) 2 to 5 mins walk to LCC expressmart, Mercury Drug, Pares King & UST Hospital A newly renovated studio type room provided with dining, kitchen and double deck sleeping area that can accomodate a max of 8 persons. Total of 4 double beds where each bed may be fully enclosed with curtains. The room extends to another small unit for 1 to 3 persons with a kitchen and toilet. Indoor dining with 6 comfy high chairs opens up to sliding glass door. Full height curtains are provided for privacy at night time.

Great communicatio, easy check in, the only thing that stood out as negative, the parking is hard to find later in the evening and the side walk floods if it rains alot but the host cleared the walk way of water for us, will stay here again.

Good place to stay especially for group with modern loft design of room. Complete amenities of what was describe in Gem's Airbnb Page. Fast internet connection with with matching smart tv. The caretakers are very accomodating. The downside was Gem's takes a while to respond, the netflix had some error were not able to use it and the parking would be a little hard for the road is quite narrow. But overall, the stay was very awesome and we just had a perfect time to chill as a group. Thank you and will be back for sure!
