While I ultimately enjoyed the stay. I didn’t get the place I originally booked, which is fine as it was also very nice. There was a snafu where another couple renting the place I was at showed up. It was handled but was very awkward. The place itself was lovely and comfortable. Nathan was very helpful once we were settled in. Appreciate the stay!

Nathan was a great host! Super responsive, easy to communicate with, and checked in once during the trip to make sure everything was going as planned which was kind of him. The place was spacious for my family of 6. Location was great exactly where we wanted it, only less than 10 minute drive from all of our local Vietnamese shops/restaurants we wanted to go to which was super easy. Neighborhood was quiet and felt relatively safe. Our only minor complaint was that the beds weren't super comfy and squeaked a lot even from just turning over to one side, and we had one towel where it wasn't fully cleaned before us using it. The towel issue wasnt a big deal since there was a lot of extras available, and a laundry machine available for us to use. Nathan took this feedback well after I mentioned it to him, so I applaud him that he's taking action with his cleaning crew to ensure it doesn't happen to the next guests. Will look to return on a family trip again soon!

It was a great stay. Nathan's place was very clean, and the neighborhood was quite and peaceful. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nathan was very responsive and quickly responded when I had any questions. Would definitely choose to work with him again in the future.

Nathan was awesome. Very kind and quick to communicate. Even brought us a great dinner from his restaurant the first night of our stay. The house was well decorated and very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the close proximity to Disney (why we went) and had easy access to common stores nearby.
