Great airbnb, stayed for 2 months while looking for an apartment , close to everything . good for me since i was working at hospital and it was close by . area very safe

Raz is a terrific host helpful with easy communication and good suggestions. When we had a small problem regarding parking, he sorted it out quickly to our satisfaction. The condo is well located and I felt safe in this area. Off street parking is a bonus. It is clean and well maintained. You can feel comfortable renting Raz’s great condo.

Raz was very nice and allowed early check in. Unfortunately as soon as I walked into the apartment, I noticed how absolutely filthy it was. After taking photos and videos, I immediately messaged Raz, as well as airbnb, asking for a refund. I was planning on staying at the apartment for 3 months. Now I am in a hotel and am back at square one for housing. Disappointed is an understatement. Raz claimed that professional cleaners were there 3 days prior, but there is absolutely no way. The carpets (on the stairs, in the bedrooms, in the closet, in the living/dining room, and in the hallway) were covered in stains. Multiple window screens were torn. There was a terrible smell. The shower curtain was COVERED in mold. There was hair all in the shower/tub. There was a used razor and deodorant (both with hair stuck to them) in the bathroom. There was dry sticky liquid on the kitchen floor. There was food crusted on the appliances and kitchen tools. It was awful to say the least…

When searching for my stay in NYC I had both price and quality of location in mind and Razs places fulfilled these needs. Inside was a spacious comfortable living area with a 3 man couch and a big TV stocked with any channel. Kitchen area was perfect and was adequately supplied with appliances and even some food. Bedrooms were better than I expected and the AC was perfectly distributed throughout the house to keep us cool and comfortable. Temperature of showers were good and easily adjustable. The neighbours were also friendly and welcoming which was great. 3 min walk from the front door was the NYC water taxi service which really brought my experience to the next level. For just 2.75 you could get anywhere from upper to lower Manhattan with movie like views on the journey. Raz was also extremely responsive and was always just a phone call away if we had any issues. I recommend.

Nice area of the Bronx close to river and ferry. Host was very attentive and helpful when we contacted him. Was affordable and close to work.
