Great home base for mountain adventures. Rico is a great spot. 3 nice bedrooms, 3 full baths, perfect for our group.

Really great place to stay. Mike was really helpful with anything we needed and also really responsive . grass was a little tall but everything was great. would definetly satu there again and hope to somewhere down the road.

Great neighborhood. Probably the nicest in Rico. Close enough to the highway for convenience but secluded enough for peaceful surroundings. The winds blowing through the aspens along with the mountain view from the back deck was so peaceful. Outside, the place needs straightening up, indicating some unfinished projects. Inside is a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen was plenty for 3 couples and a baby. We didn't even use the loft in one of the bedrooms so could have comfortably had more people there. Lots of great hiking and off-roading in the area. Telluride/Mountain Village is a beautiful half hour drive away. Rico has some unique places to eat, namely Enterprise Bar & Grill, Fireweed, and Garden Bar. Overall a great stay.
