Howdy! Need a place to rest your head with strong coffee and a kid friendly atmosphere? Well check this 3-bedroom house out. Queen beds (room 1 and 2) and bunk beds (room 3) plus queen size futon couch so you can comfortable sleep 8 people total. Plenty of parking and just 12 minutes from TAMU, whoop. Aggie owned and operated.

A perfect place to stay for our daughter's graduation... just a few minute's drive from A&M and easy to navigate. The house has been updated with a lot of nice touches. Well stocked kitchen. One thing to be aware... the bunk beds are really kid-sized. My 6'1" son tried to sleep in one and kept banging his head. Other than that, it's a dandy place to stay.
