Our family loved staying at Janiece’s apartment. The place is as advertised and was ample space for two adults and two kids. Highlights include proximity to the beach, very family friendly restaurants and grocery within walking distance. Most surprising was the way the apartment felt really part of the resort (though you forego a few amenities by not booking with the property). The property is really nice with dramatic views of the ocean and some killer sunsets. Finally, janiece was responsive and accommodative during the check in process. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a nice stay during my girls weekend trip of Monterey! It was great to see and hear the ocean on the patio! It was a great location and only 45 minute drive to Monterey and even shorter to Santa Cruz boardwalk! The surroundings were so beautiful it never even felt like I was in the car that long. The place was clean and very comfortable. I felt right at home.

Janice’s place was spotlessly clean, safe, comfortable, free of clutter, and well equipped. It was closely to one of the best beaches we’ve ever been to, a village center, and a grocery shopping. We loved to go back! Was worth every penny.
