The house was very nice & comfortable me & my friends really enjoyed it only thing is the ac was not working when we arrived was told that it was getting fixed while we were out came back & it still wasn’t working so it was very stuffy in there & uncomfortable to sleep but we stuck it out but overall the stay was nice & is in a very peaceful spot.
We really enjoyed our stay, quiet, close to family. Excellent communication!

My husband and I are traveling with two dogs. The house was setback from the road, had a beautiful, secluded back yard and was in walking distance from a dog park. It was great for the dogs. The interior pictures matched the condition of the house as well. We did see two very large spiders inside the house, one in the shower and one in the sink and the shower kept losing hot water. All in all, not a big deal. There is and was a very big issue with the condition of the exterior of the home. The pool was green and unusable. The exterior house was in desperate need of a power washing at a minimum, if not a complete paint job. The roof was covered in moss and tree debris, the walkways had never been swept, there was a rusted propane or gas tank next to the house in the backyard and there was a garage or shed in the back that was full rusting equipment with no doors on it. The exterior of the house was in a state of complete disrepair. Owners were nice. House needs a lot of TLC

I absolutely love being an AirBNB host. I have met wonderful people from all over the world. My husband and I have rehabbed, decorated and furnished each property ourselves and I love a good theme. I also manage homes for other homeowners and I enjoy that tremendously. My husband is Don and we live nearby. We love to travel, but rarely get to. We both work full time and host in our spare time. Don was raised in a missionary family. He was born in Bolivia and raised in Peru. He speaks Spanish fluently. Julie is the face you'll see most often. She is a busy mom and spends a lot of time sewing (crochet and knitting) while watching her boys play baseball. Josh is the family squirrel expert. He found Sid, an infant squirrel in need of rescue. Sid Was Here was named in her memory.
