Not a negative thing but I may have missed that there is limited parking and if you have a boat nowhere for a boat near the home itself. We hand to disconnect and park boat elsewhere. Renters should be aware of this.

We were looking for a place to stay to attend the Rib Cook off in Lake Martinez. I reached out to James and Melissa prior to booking and they were extremely helpful. We booked their place and so happy we did! Our stay was amazing! The place is nice and cozy. Our kids didn’t make this trip but wish they did because of the room with the bunk beds and games they had in the house. James and Melissa were super responsive and kind when we had a question. I highly recommend enjoying a cup of coffee in front of the fireplace with your feet kicked up on the comfy couches. Added bonus to this place is the community. We went for a walk to check out the river and everyone greeted us with a smile and “good morning.” You cannot drive through the community without a wave from neighbors. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to book it again in the future. Great job, James and Melissa, thank you for your hospitality!
