With capacity for 7 people, 4 spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom and access to a pleasant terrace. It is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has 1GB Fibre Wifi and Smart TV. Exquisitely decorated down to the smallest detail, this beautiful house is distributed over 3 floors and is ideal for families and lovers of the coast and hiking. It can accommodate up to 7 people, with four cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with access to one of the terraces with sea views, a dining table and spaces to relax and sunbathe. This property is perfect for both holidays and business trips, as it has 1GB Fibre Wifi, desk, Smart TV, communal swimming pool in the quiet complex where it is located and all the comforts so that you can spend a unique holiday in the south of the island. With the beach just a few steps from the house, in one of the most beautiful villages of Tenerife, very close to the South airport and with a quick connection to the motorway.

Noi siamo arrivati alle 9 di sera, abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po’ prima di essere ricevuto. Noi eravamo in 6 persone, con due docce e un solo boiler, e non bastava avere almeno acqua tiepida. La zona è molto ventosa, ma molto tranquilla, la piscina la settimana che siamo stati noi, non è stato possibile usarla dal troppo vento e il freddo. Tutto il resto l’appartamento non aveva altro difetto, tranne che c’è solo uno specchio grande in camera vista mare, e le altre stanze non c’erano. Da dove è situato l’appartamento, bisogna prendere la macchina a meno di 5 minuti per raggiungere il paesino, se si vorrà fare colazione fuori. Se volete movida, vi consiglio zona Las Américas, dove avrete tutto sotto mano, senza fare viaggi di 30 min ogni volta per raggiungere ristoranti.

Das Haus war wie beschrieben und hatte eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet und für größere Gruppen sicher gut geeignet (wir waren nur zu 2.). Die Lage direkt am Meer ist sehr schön. Man sollte allerdings bedenken, dass das Meer und der Wind recht laut sein können und El Médano in der direkten Flugschneise des Flughafens liegt… Für Wassersportler eine fanatische Unterkunft: nicht im Trubel des Ortes, aber nah an allen Spots. Ort ist in 15-20 min zu Fuß erreichbar, in 5-10 min gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und echt hübschen Strand. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
Super schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage. Auch gut für eine Workation geeignet. Der Anbieter reagiert schnell auf Nachrichten, so dass wir zb schnell zusätzliche Handtücher nachgeliefert bekommen haben.

Its beaches are considered one of the most beautiful, whether you are a water sports enthusiast or if you want to enjoy a fantastic day with your family. The beach has the distinction of Blue Flag, which guarantees high quality services and optimal water conditions for swimming. It stands out for the beauty of its fine grey sand and the majestic view of the Red Mountain volcanic cone.
The area closest to the village is the most familiar and with the least amount of waves. As you go along the promenade you will find surf shops, restaurants and cafes, in a very cosmopolitan atmosphere.
The area farthest from the village is ideal for windsurfing and kitesurfing. World famous championships such as the World Windsurfing and Kitesurfing Championships are usually held here.
The flat is located in Arenas del Mar, El Médano. With the beach and the main services just a few steps from the house.
