No2 Merlot is a newly listed luxury holiday home situated on an upmarket eco security Estate comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This triple-storey vacation home boasts 2 lounge areas, a main open-plan living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace offers lovely views of the area to admire. The Estate is perfectly located a short distance between the Indian and Atlantic oceans. Spacious rooms with views of the Silvermine mountain range and Noordhoek beach, with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Enjoy sunset barbeques on the patio and relax in the warm and spacious decor with free fibre wifi available.

Merlot 2 is a fantastic holiday rental. With all the amenities required for a stress free stay. The host (Magda) went above and beyond with excellent local recommendations. The house was spotless and looked like a 5* hotel on arrival. We stayed as a group of three families with young children and it was ideal. It is a perfect base camp for day trips to explore the cape peninsula and winelands. We would love to come back again. 🇿🇦

Enjoy a walk around the estate and have a picnic in one of the scenic spots at the top of the estate grounds to watch the most exquisite sunsets. Numerous outdoor activities nearby like Hiking trails, Beach Horse riding, Cycling, penguin watching, Fishing charters, wine tasting and many more... or drive through the majestic Chapmans Peak and and the other attractions in the area.
The House sleeps a maximum of 7 adults comfortably and is perfect for families that love nature while being near to the best attractions in Cape Town.

The Estate is central to the bright lights of the city and Cape Point with all the tourist attraction in between. Its best to have a car but getting around with Taxis are possible.. Parking is private at No2 Merlot with a garage and space for more cars.
