Appartamento super-strategico di fianco alla meravigliosa basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli. Nel complesso è un’ottima soluzione di alloggio, comoda la possibilità di usufruire di 2 appartamenti separati soprattutto per le famiglie. Gabriele è un host molto premuroso e presente di conseguenza il mio riscontro è assolutamente positivo.

Posizione dell'alloggio imbattibile, praticamente alle spalle della Basilica di S. Maria degli Angeli. Tuttavia si sono verificati alcuni imprevisti, forse dovuti all'assenza del proprietario sul posto. In particolare: 1) in fase di check in ho dovuto ritirare le chiavi presso un bar (strapieno di gente, quindi ho dovuto fare una fila interminabile) collocato poco distante dall'abitazione; 2) due dei posti letto da utilizzare (su divano letto) erano sprovvisti di lenzuola e kit bagno, quindi non sono stati usati (benché pagati); 3) un bagno era maleodorante (cattivi odori provenienti dagli scarichi); 4) TV non funzionante (modello dotato di decoder esterno con presa scart); 4) finestre (della camera da letto padronale) non dotate di tende oscuranti, quindi alle prime luci...sveglia obbligata!

Hi this place had good transport links and was close to amenities. We loved being so near the old town of Assisi and enjoyed our walk to it. The flat did have several sets of steps but we were fit so happy to climb them. Our only quibble was there were 6 of us staying but only four mugs. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Gabriele’s place! The space was beautiful, and in a perfect location- we could walk to everything we wanted, and we loved the views of town from the windows! There was plenty of space for our family of five. Gabriele was responsive to all our questions. What a nice stay!

We are traveling by car for 2 weeks in Italy, so having a place to park was really important to us. We were able to visit many of the beautiful, ancient hill towns easily from the apartment’s location. The apartment is basic and comfortable with everything you would need. The sun room gets very hot, which worked well for drying clothes after using the washing machine. Gabriel was out of town during our stay, so Gina, his Housecleaner, was fantastic at helping us with any problems we had.
