Ok so I want to say straight off the bat that the property itself is fine it’s just hard to deal with Laguna property. I got messed around at check in first the told me to go to a rental office, then when I was in a car on the way to the rental office I was told to go to cassia hotel to collect a key, I turn up at cassia and they knew nothing about it. So I had to go to the rental office and wait around to get a key to check in. Also my BIGGEST gripe through my whole stay had to be that after my first night I requested my sheets to get changed as my girlfriend had her menstrual cycle and there was some blood on the sheets. It took 4 days of chasing them to change the sheets, also the price they charged me to change the sheets should be a full maid service. Very very disappointing. Also when I went to check out they asked me to pay electric and water. None of this was mentioned on the booked before hand and the meter was not verified when I checked in.

Nearly impossible to contact host. Few of the basics missing, eg dish soap,sponge, tea towel, body wash, salt pepper. Good little apartment and close to the beach!
