this house is in a great location and comfortably sleeps several people. However it is seriously in need of maintenance and an upgrade. Furniture is really old and somewhat rickety. We pulled out a trundle bed and were greeted with inches of dust and broken slats in the base. We had to scrub and wash the outdoor furniture before we could use it. We found pots in the cupboard with wet food still stuck to the sides. We had to replace a faulty smoke alarm and fortunately we had a qualified electrician with us to do this. When we located the barbecue in the garage we found it in a completely unusable state. We also spent some time weeding the front path so no one tripped on the long grass. We are an adaptable group and made the most of our stay and I would still recommend this house to large groups however I do hope the owners or managers address the major issues. One big step in the right direction would be to install a lock box at the property.

Great location 400m to the beach. Perfect for our group of 7 adults. Could do with air-con in all bedrooms and updating of furniture.

Ad needs to updated with more recent pictures etc as it has accumulated a lot more clutter since the photos shown were taken. Not fully air conditioned as detailed either, only living rooms and 1 of 5 bedrooms. We had issues with smoke alarms going off as well which although was a nuisance, it was great that Bargara Realty acted on this promptly and rectified the situation so that was much appreciated. Would stay here again knowing what the place is like, but was a little disappointed it didn’t meet expectations of property description .
