It's kind of like fancy camping. The tent and the bed are very nice and cozy, but don't expect a flushing toilet, and there is minimal hot water. Beautiful location for star gazing and a casual early morning hike. It's a nice private, romantic, getaway for couples looking to get out of the city and doing something different.

Stunning little get away. Michael and Susan are great hosts. I ended up leaving a bit early because it got unseasonably windy, but I’d definitely recommend the place. The sunsets alone are worth it!

My husband, pup, and I had a wonderful time at Michael and Susan’s! They were incredibly gracious, welcoming, and responsive hosts - making us feel right at home and ensuring that we had everything we needed for our stay. The tent was spacious and had everything we needed, including warm bedding and a super comfortable bed for us and a bed for our pup! The outhouse and outdoor shower/sink area were spotless and added to the perfect “glamping” experience. We loved falling asleep under the stars and among the nature sounds at night and waking to the most beautiful sunrise! We wish we could have stayed longer and can’t wait to go back!

Clean, quiet and hospitable hosts. The bed was extremely comfortable with heated pad for those cool evenings. The best breakfast served by the hosts in the morning with the most breath taking views.
