Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Charming 4 bedroom home with two levels. The house located 5 minutes from Downtown Paragould and near Arkansas Methodist medical center. The house has two queen bedrooms downstairs, a living room, full laundry with washer and dryer, complete kitchen with all cooking essentials and full bath with shower. Upstairs has one queen bed and two twin beds. There is also a full bathroom on this floor but only a tub. All linens are provided.

This home was cozy and comfortable for 3 couples. All as described. Comfy beds. Close to a hospital and everything else. Large front lot, but no real backyard... Great for large group or family
This was the second property of Ann’s that we stayed at and it was great just like the other one! The house has everything we needed and our two toddlers loved having their own room with their own bathroom. It was super clean and was the perfect location. My mom uses a walker and it was nice to not have any stairs for her to get in and out of the house. We will definitely be staying again!

Ann’s place was great! We enjoyed our time and it was very clean and cozy. Be cautious around the bed frames. I think everyone hit their leg at least once during our stay and they are metal. Outside of that, we loved it and would definitely consider coming back if we make that way again. Ann was super responsive and willing to help with anything needed. I’d recommend to anyone.

The house is located on the north side of town just off Highway 412. This is an older established neighborhood with a larger lots.
On-site parking available. There is a one car carport with extended drive enough for 2 cars plus an additional parking space that could fit another 2 vehicle or trailer.

My husband and I have lived in Paragould for some time. We have two daughters, and are both self-employed. He does mostly construction, and I decided to be an Airbnb host. This is my job. I am the one that cleans and gets the house ready for your stay. I try to be very particular with my cleaning, but I could overlook something. I promise it’s not intentional . I know it’s through my guest reviews that decide my fate in this business. So, I do try very hard to keep my houses clean and make your stay as comfortable as possible.
