Yes Vy was very responsive to any concerns. But unfortunately like everyone else there was a reason to reach out to. The house is a converted 2 car garage attached to the main home. The only window is in the bedroom and leads to a dirty front yard. We were there in January and it was cold. A garage is typically not insulated and the tiny heater couldn’t keep up. And you the renter can’t control it. You have to ask the host to turn it on and off remotely. Never been in any place that I can’t control my own temp. The house wasn’t very clean, there weren’t any extra linens and the ones on the bed were wrinkled and stained. There was an extra blanket inside the ottoman rolled up in a ball. The kitchen is impossible to use. No area to prep any food. Besides there’s not a chair or a table in that house. Probably a decent place to stay a few days in the summer if you just need a place to sleep. We were there 38 days. Worst Airbnb ever. Just wish the other reviews had been accurate.

Place had the amenities needed and was pet friendly which is a huge plus since we were in a transition period of moving into our other house. Vy was very responsive to our needs when communicated. Area is safe and in a good location.

Vy was a great host! She was extremely responsive to any concerns I brought up or issues that came up and was very flexible with making changes to my stay. The place worked perfectly for us for 2 months as we were transitioning between housing. My only negative is that the place was not very clean when I arrived so I did spend quite a bit of time cleaning but, I also am a clean freak so my standards may be a little higher than most. Overall it was a lovely place, felt very safe in the area, even at night as a woman. There lots of restaurants and grocery close by.

Vy and her husband were very kind. They responded quickly and dealt with minor issues and always responded kindly. Airbnb was also very clean and pleasant, and had no inconvenience in staying for a month. I am very grateful to her and her husband for a good opportunity.

Cute, comfortable place with great details and in a safe, peaceful location. I had a great stay for a month and any of the few issues were immediately taken care of. Vy and her husband were very kind and accommodating. Good for walks and pet friendly area. I recommend this place for short or long stays!
