We really liked this house a lot — clearly a lot of thought and care has been put into the design and character of the place. In fact it’s kind of rare in our experience to find a rental with this much character. Christo was very welcoming and responsive to all questions and was truly hospitable. The place is very spacious and looks like it does in the photos — and was a good value too. We felt totally safe in this neighborhood and it was great to be just a few blocks from the streetcar — an easy trip downtown in one direction and to city park in the other. The neighborhood is mostly residential and it took a little digging and exploring to find the food and essentials within walking distance but there are some. You’re not in the heart of the action here but that public transportation is very close and it’s a fairly quick Uber trip to most destinations too.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The number of bedrooms & bed arrangements worked perfectly for our family, and there were so many nice touches and upgrades! The location worked perfectly for our plans, and it was easy to find, and the street parking was never an issue. Definitely would stay here again if we are ever back in the area!

This place was awesome!! Very New Orleans style! The neighbors were so pleasant and not too much noise. Parking was reasonable and didn’t feel unsafe at all. Beds were super comfy and the house is so big! Planned my besties Bach party there with 6 other girls and it was perfect distance to uber 10-15min and the pace practically decorated itself! Loved it and will definitely stay there again! Thank you!

There were 4 of us staying in the house. We had plenty of room and privacy. The decor is distinctly colorful and creative, but not at the expense of comfort. We appreciated the high-end appliances, fluffy towels, and cozy furniture. The electronics were on-point as well — fast wifi, efficient temperature control and flat screens (not that we watched tv in New Orleans!) I would definitely stay here again.
