Initially when we first arrived we was met with an overflowing trash can on the front entrance of the property. Upstairs one of the second floor bedrooms had a crack/damaged bedroom door. The walls were not as clean as they should have been the furniture was a little worn out. Most importantly I woke up to ANTS crawling on my infant grandson and all over the bed in the back bedroom on the second floor. Most of the floors was weak and you could feel them give when you walked on them. All the tv's was mounted to the walls however the wires was not attached to the walls, the cords dangled in a piece of tubing from the tv. The house has a lot of potential just you can tell its lacking a little love. I have stayed in Airbnb's before so I can tell when a property is well taken care of and cared about.

Beds were pretty uncomfortable, and one of the rooms (the one with two beds) needs curtains otherwise the sun is very bright in the morning, but overall the home is as advertised. Air conditioning works great, easy to get into and lock up once you leave, and street parking is pretty easy and available for pretty much however many cars you want to bring. If you have to do laundry, be prepared to enter a dungeon (basement) and crouch walk to get to the washer and dryer. They are both admittedly a nice washer and dryer though once you get down there. The kitchen is nice, its a good size considering the overall size of the home, no icemaker or water dispenser on the fridge though. Definitely bring water bottles, the tap water is not good at all, but that isn't the host's fault. Honestly, its not bad considering the price, but you get what you pay for. Don't expect the world out of this listing, but overall it isn't too bad if you can get over a few minor inconveniences.

We loved the space, and enjoyed our stay. We were in town for work and this Airbnb meet all of our needs 100%

12.15.23 I was a little worried about the neighborhood because it's baltimore, but THIS was a great stay. it was 12 of us that stayed, and we had more than enough room. everything was clean and put together well. the beds were so comfortable. even Tho the neighborhood was in Baltimore, it was a quiet street. there is a store right next door, which was great. the $9 WEST BALTIMORE MARC IS a 3 min drive, which was also great for people flying from BWI. we really enjoyed our stay. NO complaints. the shower on the 3rd floor is so beautiful. I would definitely stay there again
