This place is amazing! We came with two kids (4 and 5) so it was perfect to have groceries available right in the building and they loved going to pick out their desert treat each night. Having the subway line right in the building made heading downtown a breeze. Honestly couldn’t be a better location with kids in mind. We have yummy Korean BBQ that we could walk to and there’s a Tim Horton’s and McDonald’s right there too. Will stay again!

It was all great, Mehrdad was supportive and even let us pick the key a day earlier that helped a lot to check in easily with family the next day. Location, view, apartment and everything was great. I think as improvement, a small lunch table can be added to the dining room. There is no dining table in the house. Overall, great experience renting the place from Mehrdad.

We stayed at Mehrdad’s place for two nights and wish we had more time. The location is perfect and Yonge Street is lined with excellent restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and cafes, many of which open until late which is perfect for travelers like us. Also we feel very safe in the area even walking around late at night. The key box location is a little tricky late at night but it helped to have downloaded the instructions before arrival since there is no Wi-Fi at the car park. Her place has beautiful views and is clean and spacious. The showers are excellent and the beds are firm which we find extremely comfortable. We also got a chance to enjoy the pool and outdoor whirlpool. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Amazing place right in the action of Koreatown. Magnificient views and lots of space. 2 master bedrooms to accommodate the hardest to please people. loved my stay. Mehrdad was super responsive and eager to help. i have nothing to say. Everything was pristine. Would stay again.
