Peaceful with absolutely nothing to do except a wander up the road to look at koalas. We hired e-bikes and that was really fun. There are country roads and a few sandy hilly tracks. Worth going to cemetery and camp ground but so easy to get lost. Take lots of water on bike rides and walks as it’s much harder and further than you think. The converted stables are very comfortable, warm and clean. They provide absolutely everything you could need plus more. Tommy the cat came for a visit and even got under the doona with us! He’s beautiful. Would definitely visit again when we need to be on an island far away from everything and just want to ride, sleep and read. Breakfast at the store next door is very good. We took our dinners to cook and the kitchen was perfectly appointed. Tanya and staff are friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely night at Tanya's place. The house was very clean and comfortable. We grabbed dinner ingredients at the general store which was well priced given the location. Loved having a TV in the bedroom for an early night after a day of bike riding around the island.
