Host is in the home with you. Cleaning fees are low because YOU are expected to clean up after yourself. If host has to clean up messes or dishes left around the house there will be a $10 per day fee assessed to the guest account. PLEASE BE TIDY. 1 Bedroom with two twin sized beds. Bathroom is Private for your exclusive use. Access to full kitchen, laundry room, patio. There is no TV in the bedroom yet. The living room TV can be accessed anytime. Room TV coming soon!
