This is a small home in a private gated cottage community on the bay and close to the ocean in Sandbridge Beach, Virginia. Relax and unwind in this quiet corner of Virginia’s outer banks. Fish, crab, or go clamming from our deck overlooking a canal leading directly out to the bay. Short walk to the beach. Friendly small vacation resort with pools, laundry, exercise rooms. We have learned so much about lockboxes, amenities, the property features, and now we are more excited to ever to share our home. We are located in a tiny homes resort in a beautiful, wild corner of Virginia’s Outer Banks, Sandbridge Beach. The community offers tennis courts, two pools, dog friendly, and lots of summer fun ! Our front deck is an ideal place to sit and visit with family, fish, crab, and unwind. We have a kayak for guests to explore the bay... We have a waterfront bulkhead to tie your boat... a property boat ramp to let it into the water. It is the only boat ramp in Sandbridge! We are one of the few tiny homes that have a true two bedroom arrangement with a true queen bed in the back bedroom. The 2nd bedroom is in the front of the home and has a closet, dresser, and full sized bed that is made up and prepared as a bed for any three or four person group. It has an accordion door that can be closed, dressers, closet. Look carefully at the photos. For groups of two who only need the bedroom to sleep, the full sized will be prepared as a couch for additional seating. Both bedrooms have access to their own cable television and remote control. Walking distance to beach, fishing pier, bay, restaurants, pools, tennis, pickle ball.
