This apartment was in a prime location in the trendy lower east side! The 5 flights of stairs to walk up was absolutely worth the convenience. There was a laundromat very close to the apartment, multiple subway stations, supermarkets, and more restaurants/activities around than you could possibly hope for, all within a short walk. The space was as clean and maintained as well as it could be for an old building. The amenities were exactly as described, and I have left a toaster, kettle, coffee plunger, and a few other basic cooking utensils in the apartment that are not pictured or listed here. The seperate bedroom was a great luxury for a single bedroom apartment in the heart of the city. The apartment was well insulated, so I was never at an uncomfortable temperature. The host was very responsive and made the process of checking in and out very easy. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a very authentic New York experience at a great price. I would gladly stay again

Appartamento super comodo e completo (mancava solo la lavatrice ma con la lavanderia automatica sotto casa nemmeno te ne accorgi). Riscaldato e con tutti gli elettrodomestici funzionanti. Solo una piccola pecca che però non è da attribuire all'host ma purtroppo alla conformazione dell'edificio: è stato estremamente difficile portare su la mia valigia da 25kg per via delle scale strette e ripide e l'assenza dell'ascensore. Jessica super gentile e reattiva nelle risposte ai miei dubbi.

Jessica is very friendly and responsive. I left my keys in the apt and she got me back in the apt same day. Apt was very clean and uncluttered. Picking up the keys and communicating with Jessica could not have been easier.

I had such a great experience in New York also thanks to the apartment and Jessica! Located in the Lower East Side, the little apartment was very comfortable and functional for me and for my entire month in New York, with all the services proposed in the Airbnb announcement. It is also easly connected to subway (J, F, M, A, C lines) and full of shops, pretty locals and groceries. Also, all the time I needed help, Jessica was always ready to help me and to give me any kind of suggestions! The only thing that probably could be unconfortable for someone is the fact that the apt is at 5th floor without elevator, but it was not a problem for me! I truly suggest Jessica's apartment!

I loved this apartment. The five flights of stairs are definitely worth it. Jessica is a great host and was always helpful when needed. The area is great with everything you would ever need in walking distance. The apartment is very spacious for a single bedroom apartment in New York
