We were contacted on the dat of check in that they had to change our accommodation (which had already been changed once) due to a boiler issue. The new accommodation was in a good area, however were not given a front door key (or code), until we asked and were locked out once during the day. Internet was meant to be provided and could not even load emails. Contacted Claire Walton but had little success in getting a response (all messages were read but not replied to). Very happy with the alterative accommodations location and cleanliness, however not receiving the full information regarding getting in and out of the property, and little to no contact regarding the internet meant we had to resort to roaming charges to allow us to continue working and planning days ahead.

I rented the Ram Yard apartment in Bedford for work through Claire. Unfortunately on the morning I was due to arrive, the boiler broke down and the property became unavailable. Claire was very responsive in her messages, and did offer me alternative accommodation. This would have been too far from work as I couldn't drive. Claire was very kind and agreed to a full refund instead so I could book somewhere else instead. So although I never got to stay in the property, I can't fault them for their response time and willingness to help me. I am very grateful x
