很棒的体验
Sink in the master bedroom was leaking, so cannot wash hands, feedback to host, so should be fixed for next guest. And there was a weird stench in one of the bathroom at night, not sure if it was due to leaking somewhere. Toilet seat covers should be changed since it had all turned yellow with stains. Both balcony doors couldnt be locked, hopefully this will be looked into, but given we were in a very high floor, unless the burglar is spiderman, should not be a cause for concern for most. We wanted to check in earlier if there were no guests prior to our dates but we were informed there would be early check in fee of rm70 which we were not aware, so this was abit disappointing. Location wise was very good, lots of convenient amenities nearby. View was great given the v high floor. Host was very responsive and polite in all their replies. Check in was smooth and easy, the security guards were very friendly. Apartment was clean except for the issues mentioned above, super spacious too.

Check in was easy. Instructions given were very clear. Lots of eating food and mart nearby. House was clean and spacious enough for 11 pax. View was amazing but not for the faint hearted! Toilet is clean but there is a certain smell in it. It will be a plus point if there is extra keycard for different families as its a 3 bedder. Overall a good stay! Thank you!

Our Portfolio We operate more than 10 units of apartments in 3 different condominiums in Johor Bahru, namely Paragon Residences, Paragon Suites, KSL D’Esplanade Residence. The size of our units ranging from 450sqr feet studio apartment to 4 bedroom unit of more than 2000 sqr feet. Our Business Model We manage properties owned by the company director and also act as homestay operator partnering with the property owner. We also provide a wide range of other services in relation to accommodation and event in JB. ie. Interior design and decoration consulting, special event decoration, mid-long term stay arrangement etc. Our Vision To be the 1st choice homestay operator for leisure and business travelers in Johor Bahru.
