Small fishing boat with trolling motor, anchor, seat cushions, and life jackets are provided. "The Rec" is an additional 3000 square foot building available for rent a few steps away from the main house. This building has a full kitchen, half bath, and plenty of indoor space for nighttime and weather proof activities. Play a round of golf on the new simulator offering almost limitless courses. Basketball court with adjustable rim height to suit all sizes, darts, bags, pinball, arcade games, clubs all provided. A one time fee of $500 covers access for your entire stay. All machines are set to "free play" so there are no additional charges, no coins necessary. Rec can be viewed on arrival and rented at that time, booked now by contacting host, or guests can wait and decide to rent during their stay. Please note that we have security cameras on the exterior of the premises. These cameras cover outbuildings, dock, pool and pool deck, including spa.
