Love staying in this area, restaurants nearby and direct access to the beach. Having a car takes you further afield but not really needed if happy to stay in Estepona, large balcony and bbq meant we could cook at the apartment and enjoy views of the bay

Nice apartment with amazing panoramic sea views from terrace. We love the outdoor BBQ and have many nice dinners almost every evening. Location is good, grocery and restaurants at walking distance in Estepona Marina. Also, very close Padel courts and good gym. You don’t necessarily need a car. We had car and there is private garage with elevator access to the apartment which was great. Best part for us was straight beach access from the condo, lovely beach El Cristo. We travelled with two adults and two teens of 14 and 17 years. Would highly recommend this apartment and location.

This apartment is a great location and does offer everything in it that you need . The view is amazing and if it hadn’t been for the other problems we experienced I would have gave it 5 stars . However there are building works going on right next door, and any idea of a peaceful holiday was taken away with a crane being moved around at 8am in the morning and workmen drilling . I was not told about this beforehand and to forewarn anyone the buildings , which are right outside the bedroom windows are only half compete so will be going on for a while . Even sitting on the lovely balcony was ruined by the noise and the crane hanging overhead . I was annoyed that it wasn’t mentioned as I would have not chosen the property if I knew their was current building works going on next door, . It’s my first break abroad for 2 years after working all year in the frontline in mental health and I really need a time to recharge before returning . Next the chance of a quite , peaceful , restful holiday was also ruined by the extremely disruptive neighbours next door fighting , screaming , arguing , playing loud music , slamming doors and having their own version of an Eastenders brawl everyday . I’m pretty easy going but it was ridiculous and not want anyone wants to be next door to at anytime , especially on holiday . It was a real shame as David was nice when I contacted him about a problem with the sewage but any chance of a holiday was ruined by the constant disturbance of the building works and bomnie and Clyde next door .
