Absolutely Stunning. Would highly recommended Scott's place and certainly stay here again. The house is simply gorgeous, styled immaculatly and has historic charm, felt ever so homely. The gardens and secluded quiet seating spaces outside are beautiful and the views breathtaking. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything you need to host a family feast. FYI - if your looking for wine glasses, there in the living room buffet under the windows. The beds and linen were so so comfortable and luxurious to sleep in. The only very very minor issue we encountered, the house was a bit dusty, causing allergies to play up for a few of our guests. The house itself was very clean and by no means dirty, just a tad dusty. There is only one bathroom, showering required coordinating but easily managed with communication between guests (large groups may find this a hassle). Some face washers included with the linen woukd be beneficial too.

Spacious old house with high ceilings and period furnishings and decor. Scott was helpful and pleasant to talk to. We'd go back.

We had a magical weekend in Warburton with the extended family. Scott’s place is a little slice of heaven and we loved hanging out on the covered verandah watching the world go by. We had a lovely ride along the rail trail and the people at Cogs gave us discount as we were staying across the road from their bike hire shop. We also enjoyed walks up the back stairs track and La La falls. We loved Scott’s house and would recommend it if you want to have a taste of country life. Just heavenly.

Wonderful big old school heritage style house. The house and all its furniture resembles the heritage value. However, if you are a vegan then this might be a little haunted for you give the past owner looks to be a professional hunter. The house is old but it isn’t broken. It’s very spacious and has all the amenities working. Given its age, it can be a bit dusty and can smell a bit dusty but all the normal touch points are clean. There were plenty of con webs around ceiling, edges and etc but they are harmless. The house is fully stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, toiletries and etc. The gas bbq works fine but might need a bit of extra light if you plan to cook after dark. Outside of the house is very picturesque. The drive way can be very steep but can accomodate one car behind the gate. Wife works decent and the tv has multiple streaming services including Kayo logged in. Master bedroom is very spacious and has its own mini fridge, sink and tv. Ideal place for big crowds
