Had a great stay overall. Room was spacious, clean and equipped with aircon, and you get your own lock for privacy. Kitchen was clean and well-stocked. Location is fantastic - very close to Hawthorn station, and IGA + laundromat are within a minutes' walk. Other than a hiccup with checking in, communication was smooth and Ling was very friendly.

I can't imagineIf I were being from overseas and having no internet. The host didn't even bother to answer some questions about how to find the place, and yes, I was a bit lost. It's really strange that there is no lock on the main door, especially since the area is busy. The bathroom is extremely dirty; other people left hair, didn't flush the toilet properly, and even vomited in the sink without cleaning it up.

If you are arriving to Melbourne for the first time, this place is perfect for you. This place is nearby to the train station and you can take the metro that takes you to the city. Also the place is very comfortable and match with the photos. The landowner was very kind and is always willing to help you.
