A 1-bedroom, self-contained area within our home, facing a green and lush park with access from the garden, in a quiet suburb. We are less than 10 minutes walk to a large shopping centre with restaurants, cafés and supermarkets. This little space offers an ensuite bathroom, a kitchen, as well as a basic living/dining room. The home is pet-friendly and even has a dog/cat door built in to access an enclosed garden *Please note that dogs cannot be left home alone without discussing with us When you walk in, there is a kitchen with all the essentials you may need. Through the kitchen, you can see the dinner table and the living room with a couch and TV. On the right hand side, is the bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and shower. We live upstairs and we have a 1.5 year old toddler. We try to be considerate, but just wanted to warn that there may be some noise from him moving around.
