The house has a rolling floor plan with a huge, open plan combined kitchen, dining and living area beneath super high cathedral ceilings. The large fireplace connects all of these spaces and there is a rustic candlelit chandelier above the dining table. Doors can be opened to the outdoor covered area creating an extensive breezeway throughout the house, which gives the feeling of bringing the outdoors in. There are 3 extra large bedrooms, 1 standard bedroom and a study which can convert to a bedroom also. This means 10 people can sleep within the house and extra mattresses are available upon request to cater for extra children if required. An additional bedroom can also be created in the yoga room above the separate games pavilion upon request, which could bring the guest total to 12. The main bedroom has 2 double beds which can be pushed together. Bedrooms 2,3 and 4 have 2 single beds which upon request can be converted into king beds. The large lounge in the study converts to a comfortable double bed. The 3 bathrooms are large and 2 are equipped with baths. Guests are provided with high quality organic hair and body products to use during their stay. Bath towels are provided but guests are required to provide their own pool towels. The kitchen is generously appointed with all the utensils, cookware, bakeware, appliances, crockery and glassware you could require. There is a coffee machine for guest use as well as a large BBQ and small portable pizza oven. Paella dishes, large platters and cheese boards, cocktail shakers, cocktail glasses and wine carafes are all provided to make guests feel at home. There is a small herb garden outside the kitchen. The home is adorned with varied artworks and quirky artefacts and embellishments. There is a separate sitting room with a library of books and board games for guests to enjoy. There is a pool table and table tennis table also. There is plenty to do on the generous 51 acres of land that will be yours to enjoy during your stay. This includes a full sized tennis court, basket ball ring, 20 metre mineral swimming pool and covered gazebo with outdoor table and chairs and 6 sun lounges for guests to enjoy. A 2 seater golf cart is available for guests to use during their stay and is a handy way to see the property. There is an outdoor fire pit, children's trampoline and cubby house. Tennis raquets and balls are provided. There is a worm farm also and guests are encouraged to place organic fruit and veggie scraps into the worm farm if they please. Wallis Lake is a short 5 minute stroll across the garden, where guests can enjoy all that the lake has to offer. The sunsets are spectacular across the lake! It is the perfect afternoon spot for sunset drinks! Turtles Crossing is the perfect location for those wanting privacy, peace and quiet, to connect with nature and have space to explore.
