You live in Starnberg, in the district of Percha on the edge of the nature reserve, surrounded by meadows, forest and the nearby Lake Starnberg. The 90qm duplex apartment is newly renovated, high quality and lovingly furnished. Shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity. You can walk to the lake in 10 minutes. It´s about 20 minutes to Munich by car or 40 minutes to Garmisch. Hiking, swimming, skiing, cycling or city tours - there are numerous excursion destinations in the Fünfseenland. The 3-room duplex apartment consists of a spacious hallway, kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet, an integrated living and dining room, bedroom, attic studio and balcony. Attic studio, bathroom and bedroom are on the top floor, which can be reached via a wide staircase inside the apartment. Hallway, guest toilet, kitchen and balcony, dining and living room are on the 1st floor. The kitchen has been newly installed and is fully equipped. Hallway, kitchen, guest toilet, bathroom and stairs have tiled floors, living and dining room as well as attic studio have carpeted floors. The bedroom is laid out with wood laminate. The apartment is bright and friendly in Scandinavian design, equipped with many floor-to-ceiling windows. The windows on the 1st floor have - except for the hallway - a shutter and pleated blinds.

This place is amazing - tidy, clean and really has everything! Christine is an amazing host! She is proactive, responsive and knowledgeable about everything around! the house is equipped with things that we didn't even know that we need :) perfect for families!
Our recent stay at this charming 2-story house was truly exceptional. The house was spotless, tastefully decorated, and exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our children had a blast exploring the house, with its spacious rooms, plenty of toys, and a backyard that was perfect for games and playtime. The host's attentiveness and care throughout our stay were truly remarkable. They were proactive in ensuring our needs were met and went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. This place is amazing! we weren't it again and again! perfect quite spot and it has everything you you could need and more! Christine is amazing! always there for you and will foresee what you need before you even know it. Really recommended for everyone!
If there would be a rating on Airbnb for Uber host - they would have Christine picture on it! The house was clean and perfect and Christine went so much beyond! An experience is the little things- finding fresh flowers as you get in, a home made cake to welcome you and even small things like the bubbles for the children bath and children toys! We couldn't imagine a better, cleaner and more perfect place for us!
found Christines place during the busiest season in Munich, Oktoberfest . So we were expecting an expensive place. We were very happy to see that it was absolutely worth the money, pristine apartment, lovingly decorated , very well appointed kitchen! Christine answers queries immediately and has done a great job making the apartment welcoming! It is not in the center of Starnberg, but in Percha, easy walk to the lake and a few good restaurants, 20 min's into the center. The only, only thing that was a bit difficult is that the bedrooms and bathroom are under low sloping ceilings. This didn't bother us, but seniors might struggle.

Bakery, butcher, café, pharmacy, flower shop, gym, doctors, mini golf course, tennis courts and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity - Starnberg and the bathing/lake shore can be reached by foot in 10 minutes. You are in Munich by car in about 20 minutes, in Garmisch in 40 and at the Zugspitz valley station in 45 minutes. Starnberg North Train Station is 2 km away.
You can start hikes right outside the front door. From there it goes into the nature reserve in the direction of Leutstetten or from the Percha monastery in the direction of Wangen and Manthal.
You can cycle the old Olympiastraße to Munich or explore the five lakes over the rolling hills.
It takes 10 minutes to walk to the Starnberg indoor or seaside resort. You can easily walk to the landing stage for the Bavarian lake shipping company in 25 minutes.
Then you are already in the heart of Starnberg. Just take a leisurely stroll through town, visit museums and exhibitions or historical sites.
Golfers find three golf courses nearby: Golf-Club Feldafing e.V., Golfanlage Gut Rieden and the Golfclub Starnberg - each offer very beautiful landscaped facilities.
The Pegasus e.V. riding school in Berg offers riding lessons and rides. You can also rent electric and rowing boats, e-bikes or SUPs in Berg or Starnberg.
For the duration of your stay a covered parking space is available on the property. The carport has space for 2 vehicles - please park on the right-hand side.
You can find more free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the house on Heimatshausener Straße. Parking is not permitted in the street "Moosanger".
