Nice place to stay

The location is in VI, so that is good enough. I stayed there for 4 months and overall the building and room maintenance could be improved. The standout ongoing issue is horrible front office and management customer service. This behavior may be acceptable for locals but definitely not an international standard given the price paid. I asked for more toilet paper one time and was asked why I needed it and that I would have to come back because they are keeping a personal stash for themselves. I reported the mattress was leaning to one side and it took a whole week before it was resolved, not because it was not fixable but because management took their time. I had a week’s worth of poor sleep. If you are looking for short week stay this place is ok but for a longer stays, think twice.

i had a great time at this Airbnb location. The host and his staff were super responsive and helpful. Providing things i needed promptly and responding quickly to fixes in the apartment. The security staff deserve their accolades as they are also nice and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again. The only challenge was Uber drivers found it so hard to find the gate to the location (especially at night), there are two gates with the same number and Uber drivers get confused which will result in you having to describe the location to them. Asides that the place was great
