Great place. Centrally located. Newly built and super clean. Comfortable beds. Host was extremely helpful and quickly answered if you have any questions or concerns. Would recommend.

Where do I even begin! The location is unbeatable, the walkability of the condo is phenomenal, the place is a gem, by far has to be one of the nicest, most well kept, highest quality, and most beautiful amenities buildings in all of Pattaya. I had the pleasure of staying here for over a month and it was total bliss. The other residents are extremely quiet and respectful (unlike other properties I have seen), I have never had to use earplugs to sleep or have any issues whatsoever. When I return to Pattaya, this is the only place I will be willing to stay. As for the host, fantastic, helpful and extremely communicative. They are there 24/7 to help with any issues or problems and even brought me a desk to work while I am here. So grateful for that kind gesture as I was able to turn the 2nd bedroom into my office during my stay. All in all, amazing experience. HIGHLY recommend.
