Please note check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11:30am, with no option for early check-in or late check-out. We ask that any changes or cancellations to your reservation be made at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date. Please note that the room assigned to you may vary in terms of decorations and layout, but all rooms have private doors, bathrooms and similar bed size, floor space, TV, and maximum number of guests. Our common areas, such as the pool and parking spaces, are shared with other guests. Not all rooms are pet-friendly, so please let us know in advance if you plan on bringing a furry companion (extra fees and rules apply). Our property is located in a rural area surrounded by trees, and is a short distance from the beach and nearby restaurants. Please note that meals are not included in the room rate and Wi-Fi may not be available during your stay. Our rooms are equipped with Internet TV (Roku) but no local channels or cable TV. We do not provide extra beds or laundry facilities on-site. Beach towels are available while supplies last. Dinnerware and glasses are available upon request. We ask that windows and doors are kept closed to avoid damage to the A/C, insects entering the room and excessive moisture.
