This apartment exceeded our expectations! This place was a total gem - perfect location, view, shops and food walking distance. Our trip to Avoca was part of a beach road trip, and this apartment was the perfect cosy place to come home to after days of exploring. We had a couple of days of pure sunshine, and a couple of days of storms and all nights were cosy and perfect conditions for either. The thing that sold us the most was that the owner of this apartment had thought of everything - There was salt, pepper, tea’s, shower caps, even sanitary packs, all cooking utensils, extra blankets. It was a joy to stay here. Only point to mention was that this apartment was a few flights of stairs up (no lift), and my mum had a walking stick, however was still manageable. 100% would stay here again.
