Emily’s place was perfect for our party of 8. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the outdoor spaces were peaceful. We really appreciated the thoughtful extras like half and half for coffee and the huge pile of bath towels. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Home is great. Very clean and lots of charm. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Our dogs loved the back yard! The tree with the resident squirrel was a hit with them. Emily and Nicholas were very responsive and helpful when we reached out to them. The house is as pictured. The street is somewhat busy, but quieted down later at night. There is parking in the back off the alley that made it much easier to go to / from the car. There are several steps out front to get into the house if you park on the street. There is also a keypad entry on the back door as well as the front door. There was an issue with the hot water in the claw foot tub, so we were unable to use it. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay again if in that area.

The hot water heater didn’t keep up with the amount of people that showered Saturday morning. The couch in the living room had some stains. The small bifold door closet fell off a few times. Front door doesn’t latch unless you deadbolt it. All in all we would stay there again. With the amount of people there was space for all. The house was clean and I loved the new box fans . Thank you for a nice place to stay for our daughter’s wedding.
