As the other reviews say, it is indeed a huge hassle to go get the keys, especially if you have bags: Boston has uneven, narrow, brick streets that make it super inconvenient. The house is halfway through the T and the keys pick-up point, so it's not like you can get the keys and continue walking towards the house. Same for dropoff. Me and my wife barely weigh 100kg (220lb) and we'd still sink to the middle of the mattress every night. And the bed is super high by the way - we had to basically climb, and I'm not sure a older person could deal with it. The place is quiet and in a good location. It is true that you'll get spammed to death with automatic messages and stuff to sign from StayNue's part. But, to be fair, I did get a human response when I had a question. Overall, not a place where I would stay more than two nights. If that's your case, you might be fine. At $200 a night it feels a bit expensive for what it is but I don't think you'll find much cheaper options in Boston.

My first terrible experience with AirBnB. The location was perfect which took the edge off of the nightmare of checking in. Key pickup was at a different location than the residence and only available for 3-9pm. I was checking in 12am the next day and they assured me 3 separate times that someone would be there to hand me the key. No one was available and I ended up spending a night at a hotel because they failed to follow through on their assurances. It took me 10 days and multiple phone calls to Airbnb to get a refund on that hotel stay. The shower had no shower curtain and there was a dirty mattress leaning against the wall next to the bed which wasn’t pleasant but otherwise it was an okay stay for just sleeping. I highly suggest staying away from this listing though because it was a hassle and the host company was a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and find a different place.

Convenient and cozy room! Very small but I loved how it is distributed. Bed was comfortable, and the apartment has everything you need. It is located in the center of Boston, so the location is perfect! Dropping off the key was a bit of an inconvenience because the keys locker (drop off point) I went to was out of service. But other than that, everything was great!
