Big, spacious and very comfortable house. The quincho and swimming pool are perfect for a warm sunny day in Asuncion, grilling and refreshing yourself in the water. The house is an older style home with many routine maintenance issue which have been neglected. However, the hosts are very responsive and as soon as you report a problem they send a technician to take care of it. Parking is the down side, a regular size car does not fit, so in order to park you have to leave the gate open. Asuncion is not a safe city so during the day was ok to leave it open but at night time we would park outside in order to close the garage gate. There is a guard booth in the corner which made us feel safe. Great restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner right up the road from the house. Overall it was a great place to stay, I would definitely recommend this house.

Wir hatten als Familie eine tolle Zeit hier. Wir haben uns alle gleich wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation lief super und schnell. Bei einem kleinen Problem mit dem Türschlüssel (ist leider abgebrochen) wurde schnell reagiert und geholfen. Alles super. Vielen Dank.

El alojamiento cumplio con nuestras espectativas, todo muy limpio y ordenado, tiene todo lo que necesitas para la estadia. Excelente 100% recomendado.

La casa es hermosa, tiene todas las comodidades que dice tener, en una zona bastante conveniente y muy segura. Fueron unos días bastantes placenteros!
