We had a lovely weekend at Amita's house. The house had tons of character - quirky photos, turn of the century architecture, and was very comfortable for our 2 families. It had everything we needed to be cozy and content- toiletries, towels, well stocked kitchen, pellet burning stove, games, hot tub. Beds were comfortable. There wasn't much to do in the area and it was a longish drive to the ski mountain (Sunapee).

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming country house! Impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and our host was exceptionally hospitable. The tranquil surroundings provided the perfect escape, and every detail was thoughtfully curated for a relaxing experience. From fresh cookies and house slippers for each guest, to a well-stocked kitchen and numerous bathroom amenities, this home is cozy, comfortable and functional. The walking paths from the property were also lovely, and the hot tub an absolute treat. Every moment at this house felt like a dream! We left feeling rejuvenated and can't wait to return. Highly recommend for a peaceful countryside getaway!

Lovely historical home, sunny and spacious. Warm and cozy. Has everything you need and then some. Our family of 7 felt like we lived there. The town is classic New England, very small without shops but trails to hike are right out the back door and easy drive to more populated towns. I hope to return soon.

Three of my friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Amita's place! The home is big, but cozy. The kitchen was well equipped, and we really appreciated the complimentary milk cookies from a local farm & bakery! It was raining for most of our stay and we enjoyed sitting around the fireplace.
